Consistency and routine have allowed Washington Nationals infielder Jeff Kobernus to amass 3 seasons of over 40 stolen bases in his professional baseball career. Explosive athletes like Jeff who posses raw speed and power often have a hard time maintaining a good body mass, which can put them at risk for injury. During his 5th off-season at SPARTA we focused on helping Jeff put on 15 pounds of muscle to make sure he was ready for the long baseball season.
